ABOUT ME

I’m not a Colorado native, but I got here as quickly as I could!  All jokes aside,  I grew up in Madill, Oklahoma, which really is a great place to be from. As the youngest of four kids, I was raised by loving parents who taught me the value of family, hard work, and showing up for the people around you.

When I was 20, I met Paul, a Colorado Springs native, and after college I made the move to Colorado to build our life together. We got married at 23, and it’s been a whirlwind ever since. Along the way, we’ve traveled, continued our education, and built a life and family we’re deeply proud of.

When we decided to start a family, I knew I wanted a career that allowed me to be fully present as a mom while still doing meaningful work. I started my own law practice so I could work part-time and stay engaged at home. Today, I focus on estate planning and contract drafting and review. Running my own practice gives me the flexibility to be involved in my kids’ school and our school district which is something I value deeply.

When I’m not working or volunteering with PTO, I love spending time outdoors hiking, getting lost in a good book, or enjoying a great meal. And at the end of a long day, nothing beats curling up with my pug, Posey Jean.
